1. All fee is payable in advance on or before the date Ist to 10th and the second saturday of the concerned month i.e. 4 installments school camous.

2. The first installment of fee will be paid in the month of April, the second installment in July, the third installment in October and the fourth installment in January during the school hours.

3. A student is liable to be struck off the rolls, if arrears of fee accumulate beyond one quarter.

4. The admission and school fee are not refundable.

5. Parents are requested to keep receipt issued to them as proof of payment if needed.

RULES FOR TAKING LEAVE

1. Application for leave with the name and class of the student should be sent before hand stating the reason and the period, if the student remains absent without leave for more than seven day,s his/her name will automatically be struck off the rolls.

2. No child will be sent home during the school hours with out the written application of the parents an CRC (Child Receiving card).

3. The medical leave privileges are given only once, in an academic year either for monthly test or for half yearly.

4. Medical leave shall not be granted for any family function and if your ward is sick kindly see that the application for leave reaches the office 24 hours in advance or on the same day.

5. On medical ground the maximum marks of the examination missed shall be deduted from the maximum grand total at the annual assessment.
